ABB Bailey system is a series of innovative and high-performance industrial automation control systems, INFI 90 system is the classic distributed control system of ABB Bailey system. At its core is the INFINET data channel, which is a high-speed communication loop where nodes on the loop are connected to the INFI-NET, a node is defined as a device that can communicate directly over the data channel. Each INFINET loop supports 250 nodes, and users can also connect sub-loops from nodes to support another 250 nodes, allowing them to select the type and size of the INFI90 system from small to large according to the needs of the application

Bentley 3300XL Vibration preprocessor, part of Bentley eddy current sensor system: vibration sensor probe, extension cable, preprocessor. Sensor precursors available in different diameters: 8mm, 11mm, 25mm, 50mm, Nsv. The Bentley bently 3300XL sensor system is used for mechanical shaft vibration, shaft displacement, key phase and speed measurement.

The Bentley 3300XL Approach Eddy current Sensor vibration monitoring system is the product of Bently Nevada non-contact sensors. Eddy current sensor is used to measure vibration by the change of clearance between the surface of the rotating shaft and the end of the sensor probe, and has the characteristics of zero frequency response. When the coil at the top of the probe is combined with a high-frequency current and is close to a conductive surface, eddy currents are generated on the surface of the conductive object due to the effect of the magnetic field line of the coil, thus reducing the inductance of the coil. This change in coil characteristics is converted into a DC voltage signal output. When the measured object is near the probe, a positive signal change will occur; When the object is moved away from the probe, a negative signal change is generated.

Approach sensor frequency response: 0-10KHz, widely used in power plants, oil refineries, chemical plants, steel plants, pump plants, wind factories and other industries. Bently Nevada vibration sensors are used to detect online vibration measurement and protection of large rotating machinery shafts such as steam turbines, water turbines, blowers, compressors, air engines, gear boxes, and pumps.

Supported vibration monitors and modules: 2300/20, 1900/65A, 3500/42 and other Bentley 3500 frame system monitoring.

Calibration of the approach sensor: Check the linearity of the sensor with the Bentley TK-3E eddy current probe calibrator.

Sensitivity 7.87V/mm (200mV/mil), 3.94V/mm(100mV/mil), different probe diameters, different sensitivity, frequency response: 0-10kHz: Maximum length from 3300 XL preprocessor to monitor is 305 m field connection.
